Two Women Found Stabbed To Death In Northeast Philadelphia Basement, Authorities Say

City police are investigating a double homicide in Philadelphia's Crescentville neighborhood, authorities said on Tuesday, May 21.

Two women were found with multiple stab wounds in the basement of a home on the 6000 block of Bingham Street, PPD said. 

The victims, aged 58 and 75, were pronounced dead at 1:45 p.m. 

Police said they had no motive and no arrests as of Tuesday afternoon. 

Homicide detectives are investigating.
